Apan Vayu Flow
I have been facing issue of gasses and bloating, I feel gas trapped in my frontal region of my head, for a long time, I have been suggested that my Apan Vayu flow has changed from downwards to upwards please suggest an effective remedy, I feel relief upon doing apan vayu Mudra

Walking slowly after food does  anulomana that is making vayu to go in it's natural downwards direction. We need to asses why the vayu is going upwards. Then only exact advice or medicine can be advised.

Hello dear don't worry Take Decoction of fresh Giloy Tinospora cordifolia Mulethi Glycyrrhiza glabera at morning, Triphala Himalaya drug 3 Tabs at night with Lukewarm water, Ajmodadi Churna 1 tsf bid after meals with Lukewarm water, Take Saunf Ajwayan boiled water in lemon juice twice a day
