Aphthuous ulcers
I am a frequent sufferer of aphthuous ulcers. In my case, ulcers appear on oral mucosa as well as on tongue many times. I have done chronic supplementation of becosules capsule for 2 months But I still get these frequently. The truth is I have been getting these since my childhood. And I see a clear outbreak of it after stress or after eating spicy foods like golgappa, chips, Kurkure etc. Can you please explain me the relationship that why particularly spicy foods or acidic foods cause mouth ulcers?. I don't have any stomach gastritis or acid reflux. And even my constipation issue is solved which used to be prominent after appendix removal during childhood.

Your body reacts to spicy or hot food in a certain way, causing mouth ulcers. It can happen due to sharp teeth rubbing on oral mucosa as well. It's best to avoid triggers like spicy food.
