Hi,
From last 1month facing appendix pain, stomach ache and constipation.
Below are the details of sonography:
Allendix appears mildly inflammed in mid parts and tapers towards its blind end and appears relatively normal at its origin. There is minimal surroundings free fluid.
Few inflamed mesentric lymph nodes are seen in right iliac fossa. Maximum diameter 11×9mm.
Impression
Prominent hepatic veins
Subacute appendicitis.
We are not going out due to current Covid 19 situation.. kindly suggest what we can do in this

Hi, if u mild pain which is decreasing then take good fiber containing food, drink lot of water and wait. Anyway u need to consult a surgeon whoever u could.

Surgery ; Lap appendectomy.
If pain is severe and counts are high, now.
If pain is mild and counts aren't high, antibiotics, soft diet, pain killers till 15 th April.
If pain is not severe and tolerable...and if you don't have other symptoms like fever nausea and vomiting at present please continue following treatment...else you may need to show once for examination.

Tab. SARIL 1-0-1 X 5 DAYS (AFTER FOOD)
TAB. MEFTAL SPAS 1-0-1 / SOS FOR PAIN (AFTER FOOD)
TAB PAN 40MG 1-0-1 X 5DAYS (BEFORE FOOD)
CONTACT IN CASE OF EMERGENCY LIKE SEVERE PAIN, FEVER, VOMITING ETC.
PLEASE VISIT FOR EXAMINATION AFTER 15TH APRIL
