Are nuts good for diabetic patients??
Hello.. My father is 62. He has hypertension and diabetes. Can he take soaked nuts like almonds, cashews,peanuts in the morning along with breakfast??

Almonds are okay, peanuts and cashews should be taken in moderation, they contain high fat content which is converted to carbohydrates, which intern increase sugar levels. Also high diet can raise cholesterol levels
