Are oral contraceptive pills safe
I am 26 year old girl, I am getting married next month. I dont want to get pregnant so soon. I have heard that to avoid pregnancy there are many ways of contraception. Among them easiest is oral contraceptive drugs. Please tell me are they safe, and how are these drugs need to taken?
