Arm pain and upset stomach
I’m 80 years old and I had a hard time sleeping because when I woke up my right arm was swollen and it hurts every time I move it. I didn’t fall anything. Also I’ve been having a upset stomach for several days?

At this age even a small injury can cause a fracture. Get an x-ray.
