Ashwagandha and brahmi
I work 10 hrs a day. I take one himalaya tablet of ashwagandha once a day since one month though the dosage reads one tablet twice a day. Can i add one tablet daily of brahmi from himalaya or will it cause any side effects?

Need of drug is the essential part here.. Brahmi ashwagandha etc are not the nutritional supplements. They are the drugs in ayurveda and have their specific action n indications.. So just reading material or checking on Google don't go directly for these medicines.. Let the doctor decide what actually your body needs..
Next Steps
remember every medicine whether ayurvedic or modern, has its unwanted effects if taken unnecessarily.
