Sir is it safe to take ashwagandha daily ,can I give it to my three year old son, my son is suffering from ADHD . I which form we should take it powder or capsules. Which brand is the best. Please help me

Ashwagandha  is a good drug But after assessing prakruthi  disease etc doctor s prescribe then only it give result
