No this is not a regular addiction. Addictions are not normal. Usually there is a compulsion to keep doing the behaviour even if you know you want to stop. Often anal stimulation in men stimulates the prostate which produces pleasurable sensations. It is one of the reasons why some men enjoy receiving a finger or other object via the anus.
