Assuming thngs whch is not hapnd as hpnd
From past 2 days my mother (45) is saying things which was not happened , mainly conversation between both of us , for example in the previous day i strongly ask her to make chapathis but she made idly and said that i told her to make it in the previous day , pls dont take this example as simple one she is saying few more thinks which is not happened as happened , there are lot of small things she is saying which is not happened as happened , what was wrong with her , is this anything serious

You need to take her to a neurologist/psychiatrist to rule out any memory disturbances and what could cause it.
