ATT Latest treatment schedule
Can anyone tell me the latest treatment recommend for Tuberculosis patients , diagnosed with TB first time , complete schedule please as I am confused with many doctors, everyone has there own prospective however I told the same symptoms to all doctors...!! Symptoms included - cough for around 20 days with no bleeding , fever lasts for only 6-7 days no weight loss, no evening rise fever , AFB 3 samples negative , CT shows Consolidation right chest , and TB Gold Positive, patient age 25 yrs height 148cm and weight 51 kg.

I can understand your feeling. Please nothing to worry. Try to follow the  WHO recommendation, and mild alteration can be done by the concerned local doctor depending upon the resistance to the the drug by the bacteria. So please go and consult any chest disease specialist at any government institution and go for the clinical examination and discuss with him and get the treatment which is universally followed. .

Visit your nearest govt hospital TB center. As there is uniform schedule treatment for newly diagnosed TB cases Get yourself registered there and start treatment.
