I have recently found out I have autosomal dominant kidney disease and suffer with pain due to it, family and friends want to get tested to see if they are a match for a kidney transplant, is it possible to get a transplant before my kidneys fail?

Hi Don't worry not everyone will progress to renal failure.  Only people with endstage kidney failure are candidates for transplantation. Keep checking your blood pressure and creatinine values periodically. See a nephrologist.
