How many times an injection can be used to avoid pregnancy after a first C-section delivery?... Whether copper t is safe to use?  Is there any chance of getting pregnancy with the copper t? If so what are the cons ?

Injection with progesterone alone can be taken for d next 3yrs. Copper t is also a reliable one step way to provide contraception
