natural and Best immune booster is our simple daily diet with limit spices,green vegetables,fruits,milk,sprouts ,sunlight etc on timely,and yoga,proper sleep,so these natural immune booster is enough for children  and ofcourse for everyone,no need to add but still you want then you can take Chyawanprash,giloy juice ,amla etc for limited time
