Use of Hadjod tab anupan depends on diagnosis. if you want just for bone density u take with milk.

Hello dear,U can take with warm milk or water as your wish,yet better u should take with water because Hadjod contains katu (pungent), Madhur (sweet) ras ,VIPAK -KATU  ,U can crush the tab.
