Based on your information, the condition maybe Vataja shukra dushti or Shukrakshaya. Need other examination for proper diagnosis & treatment through Ayurveda. It takes 1 month time for the formation of sperm & minimum 3 months continuous treatment to see the changes in sperm count. Definitely their is positive results in these cases except in absence of vas deference condition.
