Azoospermia is not absolute, it's relative azoospermia. It has nothing to do with your sexual performance. U need detail investigation. Some pt may be benifitted with micro surgery, others may need assisted reproductive technology, for achieving fatherhood. Consult a urologist or andrologist /ivf specialist for further management.
