B-12 & D deficiency
My vitmain B-12 is 177 and Vitamin D is 55. Having a feeling of heavy breathing. Pls advice suitable medicine.

D is ok. B12 supplement of neurobion forte 1 a day. Breathing needs to be checked. I don't think it is related to D and B12
