Low vitamin B12 levels can frequently cause such symptoms to occur. Since oral absorption of B12 can be erratic, injectable course of vitamin B12 after due sensitivity test under a guidance of physician is advised. Dietary intake of B12 can be had from fortified animal products like milk, cheese, eggs and meat. A proper consultation for the evaluation of cause and treatment is suggested.
