B12 injections in pregnancy
I have deficiency of Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D and i am 1 month pregnant, so is it safe to take vitamin b12 injections during pregnancy and what is the best time to start the course of vitamin b12.

Take injections for vitamins B12. However Vitamin D is not safe in pregnancy
