Hi doctor,
My b12 is 97 , im facing dezzyness , low on energy , lost weight too.
I have started Nasocobal nosal spray from yesterday and Vitamin D3 cap from 3 weeks. As prescribed by my doctor.
Are the above symptoms common with these 2 vitamin deficiency?
Sugar H1ABC is 5 and BP 130/80.
ALT is 97.
How go it take for these medicine to get to the normal level.
