B12 overdose
I have taken excess B12. I have stopped taking b12 from April 27. How to lower it.

B12 is a water soluble vitamin so it gets easily lost in urine when in excess. If you are not having any overdose symptoms, you need not worry.

Are you having symptoms of overdose like redning of skin, redning of urine, increased BP, Increased heart rate? If yes then it is to be treated otherwise no treatment needed
