1. Take boiled water (take 400ml water and boil till it remains just 100ml leave it until it becomes Luke warm) drink this water empty stomach at morning and sleep time at night.
2. Daily take sitz bath with Luke warm water 2time.
3. Avoid day sleep and night awake. Take proper sleep at night.
3. Avoid stress do pranayam like anulom vilom and bhramary.
4. Drink fresh butter milk with jeera powder.
