By this time everything must have been sorted out . Remember if the baby is awake but is not crying or irritated this rhythm can be normal for few weeks after birth . But excessive crying must be reviewed by doctor . You can ensure that bed is smooth no pricking object in bed or in clothing . Clothings should be loose comfortable and soft .look at all body holes like no ear discharge , no nose block , no rectal prolapse , not crying a lot while passing urine , moth has no thrush etc Lips are not dry due to dehydration. Otherwise talk to doctor .

Most common issue is temperature,if he is under covered cover full keep warm ,if baby is over wrapped remove covering for his comfortable mode ,check for insect bites, rashes . Target hands and foot should be pink in colour and warm to touch.
