Dear Sir/Mam,
My baby is 24 days. His total Weight is 1.2 Kg. It's very Premature baby. He is in observation of
Doctors in NICU. After 24 days it's situation is good. so I want to appointment for guide to take care at home of my baby.
Plz guide me.

It is best to discharge baby if he is 2.0 Kg or 1.8 Kg if mother is intelligent.
Other parameters are he should be breast feeding, gaining weight, free from any illness.

Hi.
Feed the baby every 2 hrly and on demand . Continue pallada feed.
Do not bath the baby, do only sponge bath.
Avoid visitors or crowd near the baby
Always keep him warm
