Hi
My baby is 32 month old
3 days back she fell from 5to6 stairs and hit her forehead
Little swollen there with hurt area skin backward( thoda andar dab gya h)
No repeated vomit no bleed nothing on day she fell..
She is playing well .. responding to everything
As she sometimes vomit during overfeeding so it was happen once after that she again eaten her food ...
So is she fine na??
No effect on health growth???
