Dear parents, Your child is suffering from fever since 3days. Fever is symptom & is result of some disease, after examination & if required investigation a Diagnosis is made. Then after treatment is given. Macfast Syp is a paracetamol preparation, it is given to decrease body temperature & it works only for 4hrs. I ADVISE YOU, visit a near by Paediatrician, for proper Diagnosis
