Baby growth can't be seen throw TVS ultr

My last menses date 27 sep...I'm pregnant...in first ultrasound on 25 November doctor said 6 weeks 2days of pregnancy and asked me to come after 7days to check baby Heartbeat...but when I visit after 8days for ultrasound ...screen shows no more growth after 6weeks ...sac is big but the foetus is not growing.. doctor said there is twins but both didn't growns and no heartbeat...also I'm hypothyroid ...in pregnancy time my TSH level raised 27 so doctor suggested me high dose of thyromnorm 75mcg...my TSH never gone this high from last six month when I was detected for hypothyroid ...on 7 August TSH was 6 so I was taking 37.5mcg but when I got pregnant and tested again for thyroid it was 27 ... Is this the reason that my baby didn't grow ? Doctor asked me for abortion ? What methods would be suitable for abortion ? Pills will work .. Gestational periods is 9weeks 5days.
