Baby has 101.3F fever suddenly
Hi My 9month old female baby got fever and it's 101.3F now. We have given medomol drops-1 ml two doses. Kindly suggest how to proceed further.

Kindly mention weight of the baby and day of fever, coz paracetamol dose depends on weight..

Continue paracetamol for fever, you can repeat the dose every 6 hourly if needed....if not responding to pcm then do tepid sponging... Need detail history of associated symptoms... Mention the weight of baby...

Give paracetamol 6 hrly for fever and do tepid sponging.
Next Steps
Give plenty of liquids/ soup. If fever doesn’t reduce / not active consult doctor.
