How much paracetamol syrup should i give to my 2 and a half month baby 2.5 ml or 5 ml. Baby has fever due to vaccine

I think she might be weighing approx 4 kg. You may give paracetamol 2 ml for fever ( the syrup should contain 125 mg paracetamol per 5 ml)
