Hello, trauma to head is to be worried of must be observed for 24 hours for the following symptoms :
1. Loss of consciousness
2. Seizure
3. Epistaxis
4. Vomiting episode
5. Abnormal behaviour or headache.
If there are none of the above symptoms in 24 hours, no need to worry.
Next Steps
You may get the child clinically evaluated by a Paediatrician.
