Hi my 2 years old daughter has started to hold her poop and cries whenever she has an urge to go. We are giving looz syrup and also doing potty training since 2 weeks. She defacates once in 2 days that too not fully. We are also giving high fiber diet and water. She was ok earlier. Any suggestions pls

Continue high fibre diet,green leafy vegetables and fruits
Plenty of liquids/water
