All cough and cold medicines are not advisible below 2 years. So you may use saline nasal drops for nose block . Paracetamol only if fever is there. Give lot of fluids.. milk, water , warm soups etc. Have patience . They ll get better in 5-7 days. If fever high, not feeding at all or fast breathing and not active at all, Consult your pediatrician.
