How much ml of breast milk or formula a 6to 7 month baby should have along with solids. In three meals in a day what should be included

U can measure quantity of breast milk , continue as much as child can take to ensure 8 to 9 urine per day

Daily Milk requirement will be around hundred ml per kilo of baby's weight. for example if your baby is waiting 6 kg he requires 600 ml per day. ok . That is only when the baby is taking only breast milk and formula without any solids but you said that you are giving him solids also so the milk requirement come down. so anything above 500 ml per day should be sufficient for your baby regarding the food we can give you can start with mashed potatoes mashed carrots or mashed ripen banana and you can see whether the child is having any problem with any particular food. so you have to include the foods one by one but not all at the same time that means you have to give only one type of food at a time for 3 to 4 days and then you start adding new food item  thank you. if any further queries you can contact me
