Baby not well feeling
Dear sir
Baby girl age 10 month running weight 8.5kg sudeen since yesterday she done 2 vomit and loose motion same time till now . But since than she was feeling very weak . And not intrest to eat anything and not playing well .earlier she was very active each and every movement she ovserved earlier .now she was only want to sleep . Fever not having 97.5 only pls advice what is reason and anything syrup .. thanks
