My 2.5 months old baby had some red colour dots in her poop. Only breast feeding.Also she takes micro D3 1 ml and bevon 0.5 ml daily.Bevon is red colour medicine. This is noticed only once. Iam not sure if it is blood or anything else.she doesn't seems to be irritated. No fever. Do i need to worry
