Only breastfeeding should be given to babies below 6 months of age Breastfeeding is best feeding for babies All mothers have sufficient milk to feed their baby it is just the assessment of milk adequacy which they fail to understand. Any baby passing 6-8  times urine every 24 hours on breastfeeding is getting adequate milk

The commonest cause of vomiting or spitting up milk at this age is regurgitation due to overfeeding. Do NOT give feeds before 3 hours, don't wake her up for a feed, give only breastfeeds for first 6 months, nothing else by mouth. Burp her well after every feed for 10 mins, lay down on her RIGHT side for half an hour after burping and keep her elevated by placing a cushion beneath the head and shoulders. No medicine is required.
