She is having UTI, go for Urine RM and CS ,

If report reveals UTI must be treated with Antibiotics

At one month your babies bladder capacity is small..so its likely the she passes urine often..if weight gain adequate no need to worry..but if other symptoms like pain and crying during urinationa and discharge or redness at the urinary area better to consult a pediatrician and get her urine tested
