Baby wakes up frequently in night
Good afternoon doctors,my ten months old daughter wakes up after two hours of sleep whole night and takes my feed ,she wants breastfeed whole night.due to lack of sleep Iam feeling exhausted.. please help what to do.

This is because of two reasons
1) due to hunger.. For this u can give food to the baby before bedtime.. Oats porridges can help in making baby tummy full for long time
2) thirst - you can try giving sips of water when she wakes up .. When they are thirsty also they will wake up frequently and ask for feed

Give her calorie dense feed before going to bed(like rice at 5-6 pm and then light snack or tiffin at night before bed)

Since her tummy is not full, she is feeding more frequently.
