Back acne and dark sports

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have back acne nd many dark spots on my back and upper arms from those acne. What should I should to make them lighter. Please suggest possible solutions. I have visited skin specialist he suggested Glycolic acid cream and kozisol and tretiva-10 capsules
