Back & abdomen pain
Hi, recently i am noticing severe back and abdomen pain before my periods,atleast 7-8 prior to my period date. Pain become almost unbearable and i have to take pain killer and i also use heating belt. Want to understand reason of this pain and if i can do something about it.

it's premenstrual syndrome it's may be due to pelvic inflammation disease endometriosis consult gynecologist she will diagnose it treat accordingly
