Back and chest pain
Hi. Day before yesterday i had hurt my back while picking something up from the ground in a bad position. It was fine that day. But yesterday entire day pain was there in my back . At night it got extreme, i had a very heavy and tight feeling in my chest and back and it pained even when i took breath. I had a pantogem dsr thinking it to be gas, but nothing worked. Today morning still the same. Too much heavy feeling and pain in my chest and back and pain while breathing. Please help

Just monitor your symptoms,check SPO2 levels..take tablet hifenac MR after food for 2 days.. give hot compression.. drink plenty of fluids.. if symptoms persist kindly consult
