I am having back pain, near the shoulder area and the neck, it escalated since the past one year due to excessive driving and wrong posture during sleeping. Whenever I sleep without pillow the pain reduces. And if I don't go out much and if I am not driving and if I do some neck exercise the pain tends to reduce. I never consulted a doctor before. I just saw the exercises in the net

Hello dont try any exercises seeing in the net it may lead to other complications....possible causes like cervical spondylitis....spondylosis....spondylysthesis should be ruled out....c collar should be used consult orthopedician for further evaluation and treatment.
