It's been 2-3 months, I'm facing difficulties in making a good posture due to a severe pain in my back neck portion, especially when I bend it. I'm not even able to bend my neck while working on computer. Though I never consulted any doctor for this issue considering it to be due to minor stress, but now it's quite difficult for me to bear the pain. Please help me with a solution.

You need to first create a good ergonomic environment to maintain good posture while working on the computer. You are probably suffering from severe spasm of the muscles secondary to poor postural habits. Monitor your gadget habits as well. All the best.
