Back and stomach pain
I delivered 1 and half month back. It was normal delivery. I am breast feeding my baby from start. Suddenly iam feeling tired, with back and stomach pain like how I used to feel before getting periods. But not having any bleeding. Feeling physically drained and mentally as well. What could be the reason. Please advise.
