Hi As per your report you have to careful in your daily activities for cure and prevention  like lift weights equal in both the hand, don't bend forward, always get up from side lying position not straight away Consult your nearest physiotherapy clinic and start taking ift,tens, isometric back exercises, strengthening exercises for your back muscle
