Some my left shoulder pain delotid region pain and left side pain occur my ct angiogram report calcium score zero no abnormality in ct angio

Hello, If your CT coronary angiogram is normal then nothing to worry. Your pain seems muscular. Try local hot fomentation and any pain killer for few days. Take care
