Back, hip, and glute pain
I've been having hip pain that flow down till the thigh which has extended to my glutes and groin too The lower back and upper back hurts too now but the pain is only in one side I've already gotten physiotherapy done and it was okay for a while I did some yoga for hips and the pain increased a lot The glutes also hurt a lot if I sit for a long time in one position Are there any exercises I can do to fix this? Cause I've heard weak glutes can cause this kinda pain Or is it a more serious problem?

Hi sir according to your post itseems piriformis dysfunction....because of that you will feel pulling pain...and it can be caused due to your pelvic shift also....it is a muscular issue only nothing to worry....
Next Steps
Its better to visit any physio for consultation they will assess your condition and examine if you have any pelvic shift....and accordingly they will treat
Health Tips
Dont do yoga if pain persists...dont sit for too long it may will increase the pain...check lying on tummy if the pain reduce or not if not keep 2 pillows under your chest and lye down in same position...here the pulling pain what ever is reduced and localized pain will be present....check this if pain still persists pls do visit

Your back pain could be due to disc lesion. How long did you take Physiotherapy treatment? Are you doing any exercises taught by Physiotherapist?
Next Steps
You should give hot water fomentation twice a day for 15-20 minutes for a week. You can use Volini gel or spray to the affected site provided you are not allergic. You should do back stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance. You should take frequent breaks in between your work atleast for 2-3minutes from sitting to standing position for every 20 minutes. Avoid bending activities. Avoid lifting heavy weights.
Health Tips
If the pain persists or aggrevates you need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for further evaluation and treatment.
