Back joint pain
Hello my self dharmendra .i my suffering from moderate back joint pain about 3 days .i don't know the actual cause of this disease condition.i join the gym centre about 9 months.can he paly role in my diseases condition .plz advice me how can i recover from this condition.

I can understand your concern.
I don't know what role he can play in the pain and what not.
But may be your spine has some role to play.
Have you considered that?
Get it checked out by a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management.
