  3. Back, leg pain. Then also i feel hungry.

Since last 15 days my back and leg pain continue and feeling hungry immediately, and also if I completed my lunch then also I feel hungry.

Hey, you may have gastritis , increased hcl production helps in early emptying of stomach and makes you feel hungry, back pain ,muscle pain could be due to fatiguability
